- Palets of twinshaft mixers fixed to the axle,while turning in the opposite direction horizantly as sencronize,they cary the mixing materials (agregates,cement,water,etc.) in the opposite direction along the axles.So, the materials move horizantialy and continously in a loop. For this reason, they rotate materials radialy.As result of radial forces and gravity of the materials, they rotates in vertical plane in a loop.At the same time mixing materials moves in vertical direction due to palets and weight of the materials.So this three dimensional mixing minimize the mixing time and maximaze homonenity.
