Concrete Batching Plants

Due to enlargement of the civil works, as the market required concrete batching plant, BOZDAG concentrated more on the sector.

As a concrete batching plant manufacturer we have implemented many design, manufacture, construction, commissioning and after sales support practices in order to meet customer requirements.

Bunkers for aggregates:

We manufacture a wide variety of bunkers depending on the grades and the number of aggregates to be used for concrete making and the volume.

Conveyors

In a concrete plant, material handling is done by a feeding belt between aggregate bunker and mixer and pre-load bunker. In case of insufficient space, bucket elevator is used instead of feeding belt.

Silos for Concrete plants

According to the requirements of the plant, silos with the capacity of 50-75-100-120 tonnes are used.

 Automated Control Systems

Designed the way, by measuring the weight of the concrete, aggregate, cement, water and additives' between 60 m ³/h and 160 m ³/h dosing and mixing them together and loading to the transmixer .
